We want to ensure that your experience with us is seamless, from the moment you place your order to the day your item arrives. Please read our shipping policy below for more details.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are custom-made to your specifications, and we typically process orders within 3 to 6 weeks after down payment is placed.
  • Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the project and current order volume. We will keep you informed of any delays.

2. Shipping Methods

  • We use trusted shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Estes to ensure your order reaches you safely.
  • White Glove Delivery: For customers within a 200-mile radius of our workshop, we offer premium white glove delivery service. This service includes delivery, unpacking, placement in your desired location, and removal of packing materials. White glove delivery ensures that your custom piece arrives in perfect condition and is set up with care.
  • For locations outside of the 200-mile radius, standard shipping or freight delivery options are available. If your item requires special handling, we will contact you with further details.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. We will inform you of any shipping costs during order placement.
  • White Glove Delivery Fee: For customers within the 200-mile radius, a flat fee between $50 and $600 will be applied for white glove delivery. This fee will be displayed at checkout if applicable.

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping generally takes 3 to 9 business days, depending on your location.
  • White glove delivery is arranged depending on scheduling availability.
  • Please note that custom items may require additional time for production before they are shipped. The estimated delivery date will be provided at the time of your order and we will keep you informed as to any delays.
  • Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

5. Shipping Insurance

  • We take every precaution to ensure your item/s are securely packaged and arrive in perfect condition. However, in the event that your item is damaged during transit, please notify us immediately upon receipt of your package. It is your responsibility to inspect the item(s) upon delivery. Do not sign for a delivery if it is damaged until the damage is noted. We will assist with filing a claim with the carrier.
  • Shipping insurance may be available for purchase during checkout for added peace of mind. If interested, inquire with us to find out.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery.
  • If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, please reach out to us and we will assist you promptly.

7. Delivery Issues

  • If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate the delay and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please refer to our shipping insurance policy above.

8. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate, including any specific delivery instructions (e.g., gate code, apartment number). We cannot be held responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
