White Glove Delivery
As we have grown, we have begun shipping our orders ourselves. Wrapped up by us, put in our trailers, and delivered by one of our team members! We hand deliver our tables to your dining room, assemble the furniture and make sure everything is set up to your liking.
Once your order is completed, Alexa (Keck's Kustoms Owner), will contact you will pictures and videos of your furniture. She then will communicate with you when the best time would be to deliver your pieces. Please keep in mind that we always try to be flexible with your schedule as well as ours. Our very own team members who handcraft your pieces, deliver your pieces. That being said, we take time away from production to make sure your furniture arrives without damage and confidently assemble your pieces. Longer delivery days will typically be set up on Wednesdays, Fridays or early Saturday mornings. If you have specific delivery instructions or limitations, please communicate those before setting up a delivery date.
LEAD TIMES
With your order you were given a lead time. With over 20+ orders in our queue at any given time, lead times are PURELY ESTIMATES. We have been known to get orders complete and to customers before the estimated lead time given and there have also been issues that have happened in production that delayed orders beyond lead times. The lead time that we have given you is our best guess at when your will get your table. It's better to get it a few weeks later than quoted and it be up to quality standards since you plan to have it for years to come, than it is to get it on time and it fail quality standards. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Please know this if you're placing an order with us in hopes of getting it by a special occasion such as a party, birthday, holiday, etc... We will always do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee anything in terms of delivery date. Please understand this before placing an order with us.
